Mudgee2Sydney Walk for MS
Wednesday 15, September 2010On Sunday 12 September, Health 24-7 staff participated in the Mudgee2Sydney Walk for MS. Organised by Foundation 5 million (F5m), this fundraising event aims to raise awareness of Multiple Sclerosis and fund research in the hope of someday finding a cure.
Sacha, Denise, Rose, Sarah, Jessica and their families were involved in the 6km ‘Cudgegong Country’ fun walk. A small group of dedicated people then continued the journey to Sydney, eventually covering a distance of 270km in just 11 days. By Wednesday 22 September, the inspirational troupe is due to reach the finish line in Chatswood.
