Alice Springs Hospital is the major referral hospital in central Australia, with 189 beds and servicing a catchment population of approximately 48,000 people. This specialist teaching hospital provides a range of services including day procedures, emergency, intensive care and high dependency, maternity, medical, outpatients, paediatric, surgical and mental health.

The location is a popular tourism destination, offering various activities and attractions. High on the list of things-to-do is a visit to Anzac Hill lookout at sunset and soak in the amazing views.
