Health 24-7 understands the importance of the referral system to the success of our business and as such would like to thank those who refer us on to their friends and colleagues. We have a referral reward scheme in place as well as a reward scheme to thank those who are loyal to Health 24-7.
- Registration Reward Scheme
• Receive your choice of a bottle of Mudgee wine or a Mudgee honey pack upon successful completion of the Health 24-7 Application Pack.
• All forms must be completed and supporting documents received to be eligible. - Referral Reward Scheme
• Receive a gift hamper containing a selection of Mudgee produce, with the option of alcoholic or non-alcoholic.
• The referred candidate must name you as their referrer at the time of registration.
• You must be currently registered with Health 24-7 when making a referral.
• Rewards will be sent upon successful completion of the referred doctor’s first engagement.
• There is no limit to the number of doctors you can refer to earn a reward.
• When you refer 5 or more colleagues within a two year period, receive a gift voucher to the value of $200. - Loyalty Reward Scheme
• To reward your loyalty to Health 24-7, we invite you to enjoy a relaxing weekend in Mudgee. Alternatively, if the distance is too great, receive an accommodation voucher to be redeemed in a range of locations.
• Simply work 84 days (12 weeks) within the financial year.
